At Melodyio, we want to ensure your experience is seamless. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.

1. 30-Day Return Window

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier) to initiate a return.

  • Postmark Requirement: The returned item must be shipped and postmarked within this 30-day period.

  • Expiration: We cannot accept return requests or shipments after the 30-day window has closed.

2. Condition & Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be in their original, retail condition:

  • Status: Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Packaging: Must include all original boxes and protective materials.

  • Tags: All hangtags and labels must still be attached.

  • Proof: An order number or confirmation email is required for processing.

Note: Items returned in poor condition or missing tags may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee.

3. Our Quality Guarantee

If we make a mistake, we will fix it at zero cost to you. Melodyio covers all shipping and replacement fees for:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues with fabric, stitching, or flaws.

  • Fulfillment Errors: Receiving the wrong size, color, or item.

  • Printing Errors: Significant design misalignments or production mistakes.

To file a claim: Email support@melodyio.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to our custom production process, we do not accept returns for:

  • Customer Selection Errors: Choosing the wrong size, color, or typing incorrect custom text.

  • Change of Mind: Personal preference shifts once production has begun.

  • Display Differences: Slight color variations caused by monitor or phone screen settings.

5. How to Return an Item

  1. Request Approval: Email support@melodyio.com with your order number.

  2. Shipping Instructions: Our team will provide the correct return address. Do not send items back to the manufacturer's address on the package.

  3. Shipment: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

  4. Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a quality error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
