1. The 4-Hour "Grace Period"
We provide a strict 4-hour window immediately following your purchase for any necessary adjustments or cancellations.

Why 4 hours? To maintain our delivery timelines, orders are electronically transmitted to the production floor exactly 4 hours after they are placed. Once production begins, materials are allocated, and the order is "locked."

Permitted Changes (Within 4 Hours):

Full order cancellation and 100% refund.

Correction of shipping address details.

Adjustments to size, color, or style selection.

Updates to custom text or personalized design files.

2. Post-Window Finality
Once the 4-hour window has expired, your order is considered final and in active production. At this stage, we are unable to accommodate requests for:

Redirecting the shipment to a different address.

4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Precision at checkout is vital. Melodyio is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Please verify the following before confirming your order:

Correct house/building numbers and apartment/suite units.

Proper spelling of the recipient's name.
Consequences of Address Errors:

Return-to-Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an "Insufficient Address," the customer must pay a re-shipping fee to have the package dispatched again.

Incorrect Delivery: If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or a free replacement. We are unable to retrieve packages once the courier has completed delivery.
