At Melodyio, we aim to make the delivery process straightforward and dependable. Once an order is paid and confirmed — typically within one business day — it is processed for shipment. When the package leaves our facility, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent so you can monitor its status.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. distribution center, allowing consistent delivery service across the 48 contiguous states.

To support reliable shipping, we work with established delivery services such as UPS and FedEx Ground. Depending on your location, additional carrier options may be displayed during checkout.
Service Areas
At this time, shipping is available to the 48 contiguous states within the U.S. We are not able to deliver to:
Alaska and Hawaii
Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
International destinations
We are reviewing opportunities to expand shipping coverage in the future.
